Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! The last fifteen months have been hard. Everyone experienced big challenges, whether they were related to finances, mental health, grief, or something else. These challenges may have folks may coming out of this time feeling differently about God. As society reopens, with new challenges emerging and other challenges ongoing, how is your faith? Do you still believe in a God that can defeat giants and calm storms, or has this experience shaken your trust in the God of big things? Join us this week as we take a look at two of God’s miracles in scripture and refresh our perspective on The God of Big Things.
Here is some information to help you participate in worship online:
The response to our interactive opening prayer is, “Come to us Father God; We have faith in your Almighty hand!”
• Today’s songs are “To God Be the Glory” and “He Leadeth Me.” Look up the words online, and you can sing along.
• The scripture reading is 1 Samuel 17:20-49 and Mark 4:35-41.
• Please leave a prayer request in the comment section so that we can celebrate God’s kindness and discern God’s will with you.
• Share an offering in our app in Givelify or send a check to the church.
We’re looking forward to worshipping with you. Have a blessed Lord’s day, everyone!
