Are you a good listener? Most people think they do a good job of understanding others. The best way to measure if we’re listening well is to determine whether we capture and comprehend everything said. Next, is responding appropriately to the words. Do we do what needs to be done? When Jesus took some disciples to pray with him on a mountain, they Jesus in His heavenly glory and a voice from a cloud said, “This is my Son, whom I have chosen. • The response to our interactive opening prayer is, “This is God’s Beloved Son, His Chosen; listen to him!”
• Today’s songs are “To God Be The Glory” and “I Want To Walk as a Child of the Light.” Look up the words online, and you can sing along.
•  The scripture reading is Luke 9″28-36.
