Feel like an outsider in the world? There’s a way to find a place. . .

There’s nothing like knowing you have been welcomed and included. People have an innate desire for community and connection. Yet, we know that the world is happy to exclude and leave some people out. Jesus shows what radically inclusive love can do. This week we’re looking at one story of that radically inclusive love and the profound difference made in the life of a person who discovered the joy of being welcomed at the table. If you ever wondered about the power you have to make a difference, this message can remind you of how powerful you can be. Click here for the video.

We’ll be live on Facebook at 11:00, or you can watch at any time on Facebook or Youtube.

Here is some information to help you participate if you’re joining us online:

Are you a humble person? The answer can be complicated for some of us. We like to feel good about ourselves, but we know that we shouldn’t have a big head either. True humility doesn’t ask us to feel bad about ourselves. It asks us to see ourselves in a larger picture. If you want to understand how to see yourself in a healthier way, join us this Sunday for “How Do You Pray?”

A lot of folks feel left out. Maybe you were the one picked last to play ball on the playground. Perhaps a group of people was doing something fun and didn’t ask you to go with them. Nobody likes that feeling. It’s worse than we think. There is an epidemic of loneliness around us right now. The good news is that there’s someone that wants to include everyone. Jesus wants everyone on his team. Jesus has a place for everyone. How do you understand Jesus’ invitation to come and take your place?

Worship with us today – October 9

I owe you one. Have you ever said that? Most of us feel like we should do something in return after someone has done something for us. Following that logic, what would you owe God? It seems a ridiculous thing to try to figure out. We can respond to that by ignoring it or appreciating God for it. Have the movements of God in your life led you to appreciation and adoration, or have they just led to obligation? An attitude of thankfulness is transformational. Join us today as we talk about the power of being “moved by the moment.”

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!

Have you ever been on a team where someone wasn’t doing their part? We know that team doesn’t do its job well, and most people end up resenting the person. How do we deal with that challenge in ways that reflect the ways of Jesus? It’s easy to be judgmental and harsh. Is that the most loving thing to do? This morning, we’re going to listen to some teachings from Jesus that reflect a standard of holiness. These expectations seem impossible sometimes, but together we can learn how to appreciate that “The Standard Is the Standard.”

We’ll be live on Facebook at 11:00, or you can watch at any time on Facebook or Youtube.

Here is some information to help you participate if you’re joining us online:
