Worship with us today – February 19

Everyone isn’t good with surprises. Some folks don’t enjoy them at all. This can be a challenge when walking with Jesus because He regularly does things we don’t expect. He might ask us to visit someone we don’t plan to see on a given day. He may ask us to welcome a stranger who makes us uncomfortable. He might ask us to forgive someone who we believe we have a right to hate. Today, we’re studying another way Jesus surprises us. He reminds us of who He is and His true nature. What does it mean to know that an all-powerful God loves us as Christ does? Join us this morning for a Mystery Trip.

Click here for the video. We’ll be live on Facebook at 11:00, or you can watch at any time on Facebook or Youtube.

Here is some information to help you participate if you’re joining us online:

  • The response to our interactive opening prayer is, “We are called to worship in wonder and praise.”
  • Today’s songs are “To God Be the Glory” and “Majesty.” Look up the words online, and you can sing along.
  •  The Bible reading is Matthew 17:1-9.
  • Please let us know how God is moving in your life. You can leave a celebration and/or prayer request in the comment section so that we can celebrate God’s kindness and discern God’s will with you.
  • Share an offering in our app in Givelify or send a check to the church.

We’re looking forward to worshipping with you. Have a blessed Lord’s day, everyone!
